Cambodia and Vietnam are moving to accelerate a major cross border transport connection linking their expressway networks through the Moc Bai and Bavet international border crossing. Senior officials from both countries met in Hanoi last Friday to discuss technical standards, infrastructure integration and the operational arrangements needed to connect Cambodia’s Phnom Penh Bavet Expressway with Vietnam’s Moc Bai Ho Chi Minh City Expressway.
